You apply online by filling out the application form which consists of approximately 20 questions. These questions are designed to draw up a detailed profile of your physical attributes such as your hair texture, any skin or health issues you have, as well as your consumption habits. In case we do not currently offer product testing, we invite you to leave your email address so that we can contact you when future campaigns are organized.

We make sure that our product testing group is very diverse, so that we offer our consumer community people who are like them. On the one hand, we have curious, sometimes inexperienced consumers who are looking to learn more about our products and the world of natural care. On the other hand, we collaborate with influencers who are passionate about cosmetics and natural health solutions, who will be able to offer an expert point of view as well as practical daily advice via their social networks and personal blogs.

We carefully select our ambassadors based on the product to be tested and in line with our brand vision and values. We have specific criteria to match each product to corresponding ambassador profiles. In order to achieve this, we ask you to fill out a detailed questionnaire. After receiving it, we carefully review all applications to select the most suitable panel. For example, if you have dry skin, you will not be chosen to test a product for oily skin.
In short, we carefully study each application, taking into account physical characteristics (nature of skin or hair, texture, etc.), interests, socio-demographic data and any other relevant criteria.

After trying the products, we encourage you to share your honest and detailed reviews to provide accurate information to our community. You can post these reviews on your personal social networks, such as posts on Instagram, Facebook, etc., on your personal website as articles or in your stories. You can also take photos or videos to illustrate your experiences with the products, whether in situ, before/after or upon receiving the products. This will send a positive message to consumers and your community, reassuring them about the effectiveness of the products you have tested.

3- If you are selected, you will receive the product at home as well as instructions to help you get the most out of the product and achieve an optimal experience throughout the test.
4- Test the product and evaluate each aspect of it (sensoriality, effectiveness, packaging, texture, smell, etc.) from the initial discovery to the final results.
5- Share your experience by posting authentic reviews that help consumers make informed purchases. Your comments help find the best skincare for their skin and contribute to the improvement of our products.

To become a member of our community and have the opportunity to join our product testing panel, it is necessary to register on our site via the page dedicated to the "Ambassador Program". Once registered, you will be asked to fill out a form including several questions aimed at defining your profile. We will then proceed to a selection and if you are chosen, you will be able to participate in our product tests. Please note that only applications from mainland France will be accepted.

There are no restrictions on the number of accounts per household. Each account is assigned by name to a specific person in the household. Thus, it is possible for several members of the same household to have separate accounts provided that each person has completed the required questionnaire.

The items you have ordered will be carefully packed in a parcel and shipped to the address you have given us in France, via TNT.
